When you perform a right click on a list of cases and you go to Print you will find several CIOMS and MedWatch (With FU, Grouped or investigator).
CIOMS I/MedWatch
Here you will generate a simple CIOMS I or MedWatch with the information you have in the case as they are entered in the case.
CIOMS/ MedWatch with FU
On the FAQ “Why when I enter a new receipt date in a new block “Most recent information” the system calculates a deadline form the previous block and no from the new date? “I’ve explained how to create follow ups on SafetyEasy (you will recognize them because they have several blocks “Most recent information” and several “Receipt dates”).
When you import a case, you might know that this case is a Follow-Up, but the case will only have 1 block most recent information. SafetyEasy, will not recognize the case as being a Follow-Up.
Here you can generate a CIOMS or MedWatch form and indicate the Follow-Up number:
CIOMS/MedWatch (Grouped)
This function will allow you to add as many CIOMS or MedWatch as you want in a single PDF file.
For this you will press Ctrl+cick to select all the cases. Then by choosing either CIOMS or MedWatch grouped you will have all the cases in the same PDF file:
CIOMS (INVESTIGATOR)
When you are dealing with clinical trials and you have a blinded product, you can use the field “Investigational product Blinded” so the information in the CIOMS are “blinded”. Or you can directly generate the CIOMS investigator which will, by default, blind the doses and name of the drug:
