With the Data Entry E2B (R3), once you have entered a test name, you have now the obligation to enter the date of the test ant it’s result.
Sometimes even if the date and result were entered the system will tell you that the case is not valid:
This is because the field Result (value/qualifier) only accepts numerical value. If you enter a decimal number with a “coma” the case will not be valid. You must write the decimal with a period mark.
(instead of 12,5 you should enter 12.5). The same goes for the fields “Normal low and high range”:
