There are several reasons:

  • First no user can see a field:

This is because in the Administration menu=>Software’s management=>Field management, the field is ticked. In this function Field management, you will have the possibility to hide all the fields that you will not use. All the ticked fields will be absent for all the users:

  • Only a group of users is unable to see some fields:

In the Administration menu=>Users Management=>Group Admin. Here, you have a function “Modify Forbidden Elements”. All the ticked fields will be absent, only for this group of users:

  • Only a group of users can see a field but can’t enter or modify a value:

In the Administration menu=>Users Management=>Group Admin. Here, you have a function “Modify Readonly Fields”. All the ticked fields will be present, but no modification can be made on them, only for this group of users:
